Jessica Hatch, FNP-C, is an Eastern North Carolina native who began her nursing career in 2017 in the Emergency Department at UNC Health Lenoir. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. During her 4.5 years as a registered nurse, she primarily staffed the Emergency Department while also gaining experience in the ICU, hematology/oncology, rehabilitation, medical-surgical, progressive care, and COVID units.
In 2021, Jessica earned her Master of Science in Nursing and FNP-C from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, she has continued practicing in the emergency department at UNC Health Lenoir. She joined WEPPA in 2025 and currently serves as Lead APP at UNC Health Lenoir. Jessica is actively involved in the WEPPA APP Council and several hospital committees.
