Dr. Benjamin German grew up in rural Central California and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Santa Clara University in 1997. He received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 2001 and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine through East Carolina University in 2004. Dr. German has been board certified in Emergency Medicine since 2005 and has practiced with Wake Emergency Physicians since 2006. He has a particular professional interest in snakebite management and has participated in the care of snakebite patients in multiple regions of the world.
