Dr. Frater graduated from Miami University in Oxford Ohio in 1995 with a BS in zoology. He then earned his MD from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1999. Dr Frater completed an Emergency Medicine residency through the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in 2002. Dr. Frater has been board certified with the American Board of Emergency Medicine since 2003. He has been a member of Wake Emergency Physicians, PA since 2002.
