Donna Eastwood grew up just outside of Wilson, North Carolina. After serving in the United States Army, she built a distinguished human resources career spanning more than 20 years across healthcare, clinical research, government, and private industry. Donna joined Wake Emergency Physicians, P.A. in 2019 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2022 before being named Chief Human Resources Officer. A certified HR professional, she is passionate about supporting people, strengthening organizational culture, and helping leaders and teams succeed. Donna lives just outside of Raleigh with her family.
