Dr. Jerfi Cicin grew up in California. He earned a BA in Biology from the University of California-San Diego. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville Missouri. Dr. Cicin is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and joined WEPPA in 2002. He is a current member of the WEPPA Board of Directors, and has served in a multitude of roles over the years, including as Patient Safety Officer.
